Andreas Rüter, Chairman, Grazia Equity GmbH
Andreas Rüter has been a partner at Grazia Equity GmbH since 2006. At Grazia, Mr. Rüter focuses on overseeing the development of innovative technology corporations in the areas of IT, new media and Clean Tech.
Mr. Rüter began his career as a manufacturing engineer with a diesel engine manufacturer in Cape Town, South Africa. He then worked for Accenture before joining the management and technology consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton beginning in 1994. At Booz Allen, Mr. Rüter was promoted to partner and managing director leading the company’s European IT practice. In 2004 he was appointed a member of the Global IT Management Committee and the European board of directors.
Mr. Rüter earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

John McArthur, President, Walden Technology Partners
John McArthur was previously group vice president and general manager for Information Infrastructure and Enabling Technologies at privately-held technology market research firm, IDC. At IDC, Mr. McArthur managed a worldwide team of analysts serving IT professionals, investors, resellers, distributors, and manufacturers. He also oversaw IDC’s small and medium business, hardware channels, pricing, and leasing services. While at IDC, Mr. McArthur became an internationally recognized speaker on storage and storage management trends and was a featured speaker at end-user, trade-organization, and sales-training events.

Alec Rauschenbusch, Managing Director, Grazia Equity GmbH
Alex Rauschenbusch founded Grazia Equity GmbH in 2000 and has worked as a venture capital investor and business angel since 1997. In 2001 Mr. Rauschenbusch was awarded the prestigious Golden Nose award as the German Business Angel of the Year by the Business Angel Network of Germany (BAND). He also founded 5r Private Equity KG in 1998 after several years of successful entrepreneurial activities.
Mr.Rauschenbusch is a member of several supervisory boards, including chairman of the "Business Angel Forum Region Stuttgart." Prior to his venture capital and angel investor career, Mr. Rauschenbusch held senior-level consulting positions at Asea Brown Boveri AG, a global leader in power and automation technologies located in Mannheim, Germany, and led strategic planning activities at Behr Gmbh & Co., a cooling and air conditioning specialist located in Stuttgart, Germany.
Mr. Rauschenbusch earned a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Technical University in Munich and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Victor Walker, Chief Executive Officer
Victor Walker brings to RELDATA more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the storage and systems technology sectors, having served in the positions of CEO and COO for venture and private equity backed start-ups and in vice president/general manager positions for Global 500 companies in the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to joining RELDATA in October 2010, Walker served as the COO of ClusterStor a leading innovator in high performance storage file systems (acquired by Xyratex), and as vice president of Sun Microsystems’ Storage Systems Product Group where he led the team responsible for the development and initial revenue release of Sun’s 7000 Unified Storage product line (now Oracle’s Sun ZFS storage line) and Sun’s open storage products line. Walker was also responsible for Sun’s $1 billion disk and related-storage software businesses.
Previously, he served as vice president/general manager of the Storage Group at Groupe Bull in France; vice president of operations at Storage Technology; CEO for Creekpath Systems (acquired by Opsware); and CEO of Tantia Technologies, both storage software companies.
Victor served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, Corps of Engineers for more than 23 years. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Colorado State University’s School of Mechanical Engineering and has been recognized as a Distinguished Graduate. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
